About Our Online Catalog

Our Online Catalog includes a complete line of products to meet your display needs. We update our catalog on a regular basis to make the most current display products available to you. If we do not have what you need, please contact us. We will help you find it.

The categories of items we offer are listed in the Online Catalog section Table of Contents on the left side of each page. Click on a topic to see a detailed list of items along with descriptions, options and prices. If you are looking for something in particular, you may use the Search Catalog feature to locate specific items. We welcome you to browse or search our catalog and place an order online at your convenience. We accept major credit cards.

Placing Your Order

You may place your order from our secure online shopping Web site, or by telephone, FAX, or mail, or you may visit one of our shops.

Nature of Goods

All of the products we sell are new. We do not sell used or refurbished products.

Product Availability

Most products in our catalog are in stock or are otherwise readily available. If, however, an item is not currently available, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. If you choose to wait for the item, we will ship it when it is available at no extra cost to you.

Pricing

Although we make every attempt to keep the prices in our catalog up to date, all prices are subject to change without notice. The prices charged will be those in effect at the time of shipment. In the case where a price at the time of shipment is different than on your order, we will contact you by email or telephone requesting your authorization to proceed with the order.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax

7.00% sales tax is added to orders shipped to destinations in North Carolina.

Payment Terms

When you submit an order from our Web site, you have three choices for submitting your payment:

  • You may provide your credit card information on our secure online order form, or
  • You may phone or FAX us to give us your credit card number, or
  • You may mail your check or money order to us.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards; certified checks; and postal money orders. Personal checks are accepted subject to collection of funds.

Please note that we cannot fulfill your order until we receive your payment.

An additional fee of $20.00 will be charged for any check returned due to insufficient funds.

All accounts not paid within 10 days after the billing date will be charged 1 1/2 % per month (18% APR). Minimum rebilling fee: $.50.

Time Frame for Fulfillment of Orders

Orders we receive before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day if the merchandise is in stock.

Electronic Settlement Practices

Our policy is to apply the charge to your credit card upon shipment of the items ordered. If an item is backordered, your credit card will not be charged for that item until the item is shipped.

Merchandise Return Policy

Order with confidence. We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If any non-custom made item does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days. Custom-made items cannot be returned. Please remember that shipping and handling and restocking fees are not refundable.

Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

If you choose to ship your order back to us, you are responsible for any shipping or handling charges you might incur. We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier. AS RETURN SHIPPER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND INSURE YOUR PACKAGE. ITEMS RECEIVED BROKEN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED.

If you do need to return an item, call us for instructions and an authorization number. ITEMS RECEIVED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION RETURN NUMBER MAY BE REFUSED OR SET ASIDE. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED ON RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZTION NUMBER. PLEASE CALL AND GET ONE.
